No. You only get access to the property that you make a reservation for. The only exception to this is if you reserve all cabins at either property, then any guests staying at the other property are welcome to join your group there.
Mallard Woods does not have lake access. The public boat landing is a half mile away for launching watercraft or to access the lake for snowshoeing or fishing during the winter.

Yes, we stock firewood for saunas and fire pits. Bundles are $5 each and you can pay at the end of your stay via cash, Venmo, or through your booking platform.
Yes, we stock TP and other essentials for the duration of your stay.
For non-essentials, like paper towel and coffee, we stock at least 3 days worth. Depending on your use, you may need to pick up more yourself if you’re here for the week.

The saunas at Mallard Woods are electric.
We can cut a hole in the lake at Mallard Point upon request. Plunging is at your own risk.
Mallard Woods does not have a cold plunge, but each cabin does have a private outdoor shower that is operable during months where temps remain above freezing.

Yes, we have plenty of dock space for your boat. The public landing is ½ mile away.
We do not have boats to rent.
We have two kayaks, two canoes, and two paddle boards that are free to use.

Mallard Point parks 10 cars comfortably.
Mallard Woods parks 5 cars comfortably.
Yes, we have plenty of space for parking trailers. We do not have a circle drive though, so expect to do some maneuvering.
Yes, there is one charger at Mallard Point and one at Mallard Woods. Charging is complimentary.
