Property Info

  • No. They are separate properties that are adjacent to one another.

  • No. You only get access to the property that you make a reservation for. The only exception to this is if you reserve all cabins at Mallard Point, then any guests staying at The Woods are also welcome to join your group at The Point.

  • No.

Amenities

  • Yes, we stock firewood for saunas and fire pits. Bundles are $5 each and you can pay at the end of your stay via cash, Venmo, or through your booking platform.

  • Yes, we stock TP and other essentials for the duration of your stay.

  • Always.

  • Yes, our WiFi is 250 mbps up/down.

  • For non-essentials, like paper towel and coffee, we stock at least 3 days worth. Depending on your use, you may need to pick up more yourself if you’re here for the week.

  • Mallard Point has a TV in each unit. Mallard Woods only has projectors.

  • Always.

Events

  • Events that do not exceed our guest limit and do not include special requests are allowed without an additional fee. If you have special requests, such as custom setups or amenities, please contact us.

  • We allow special events that exceed our guest limit on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your event details.

  • We allow single day events that do not exceed our guest limit, but cost is the same as booking one night. Please contact us for single night bookings.

Sauna & Cold Plunge

  • The barrel sauna at Mallard Point is wood-fired.

    The saunas at Mallard Woods are electric.

  • We can cut a hole in the lake at Mallard Point upon request. Plunging is at your own risk.

    Mallard Woods does not have a cold plunge.

lake & Watercraft

  • Yes, we have plenty of dock space for your boat. The public landing is ½ mile away.

  • We do not have boats to rent.

  • We have two kayaks, two canoes, and two paddle boards that are free to use.

Cars, Trailers, & Parking

  • Mallard Point parks 10 cars comfortably.

    Mallard Woods parks 5 cars comfortably.

  • Yes, we have plenty of space for parking trailers. We do not have a circle drive though, so expect to do some maneuvering.

  • Yes, there is one charger at Mallard Point and one at Mallard Woods. Charging is complimentary.
