Payment Policy
5% due at the time of booking. 95% due 30 days before your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking. Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in.
House Rules & Guest agreement
All adults on the property must agree to our house rules and sign our guest agreement. A shareable link will be provided upon booking. We recommend reading the agreement prior to booking, as it has some important rules about pets, smoking, and jet skis. You can view the document here.
